Hello my name is Evelyn, I grew up in the Northwest Side of Chicago. I have an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Early Childhood Education. I have accomplished a level 4 credential and an infant toddler credential. I have been in early childhood education since 2015, and have worked with children from ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.

In my spare time I manage a small dessert business. In both fields I get to create and do what I love. At Diana’s, I get to help grow tomorrow's future nurses, doctors, teachers and even presidents. In my small business, I get to use my creativity to create and customize sweet and tasty dessert items. It's the best of both worlds.
